Bug Out Bagz has made every effort to provide the best products at the best possible prices. Fluctuations in market demand and transportation issues may necessitate an increase of product price without notice. In the rare event a price increase occurs on an item that is temporarily out of stock, Bug Out Bagz will honor the price in effect at the time the order was placed.
• Purchasing Notice
Bug Out Bagz will accept Visa/MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards for product purchase. Credit Card Account Name, Billing Address, and CVS Security Code are required prior to shipment of the order.
Bug Out Bagz will accept Cash, Check, Bank Wire or Money Order for product purchase. Each of these instruments must clear any/all bank hold requirements (Bug Out Bagz and Customer) prior to shipment of the order. This may lengthen the product delivery as many as 10 bank business days. Please make all checks and money orders payable to “Bug Out Bagz”.
Cancellations must be received before the order is processed.

• Shipping Notice
Bug Out Bagz routinely ships all domestic orders via UPS Ground. Should your order be time-sensitive, or you need your order quicker, please place your order by telephone. UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS 3 Day Select® rates are also available depending upon your needs and destination.
• Return & Exchange Policy
Bug Out Bagz is interested in customer satisfaction and will accept qualified returns and exchanges.
Non-returnable items would include any product that is special order, items that have been marked or engraved, items that have broken packaging, items not sent back in original packaging, customized items, any sterile product that has been opened, items determined not to be in resalable condition, and merchandise more than 20 days old from Bug Out Bagz invoice date. All whistles, pharmaceuticals, items with expiration dates, and consumable items are not returnable.
Exchanges will be gladly arranged for any qualified returned product.
A 15% restocking charge will be deducted from the original purchase amount for any refunds or credits issued on qualified returns due to customer error or preference. If Bug Out Bagz makes an error in fulfilling or shipping your order, we will promptly rectify the mistake at no cost to you.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with any qualified returned product.
All returns should be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Check with your shipping company to find out what their normal level of insurance coverage equals. If your merchandise is worth more than their base level of liability coverage please purchase additional insurance to protect yourself from undue loss in the unlikely event that your shipment is lost, damaged or destroyed in transit.
We recommend that you use a shipping company (such as UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc.) who can provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. Should you choose to use the U.S. Postal Service for your returns please request to be provided with a 'Return Receipt' once the delivery of your package has been made to our facility.
If Bug Out Bagz cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card for the last known retail value.

Please contact Bug Out Bagz, at (877) 292-1763 or (480) 288-1160, within 10 days of receipt of any damaged or defective product or with any questions regarding shipment damages or product defects.
• Refund and Credit Notice
Bug Out Bagz will issue a refund on any qualified returned product for any Credit Card Purchase (Visa/MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Please provide a copy of original receipt and applicable credit card account number as Bug Out Bagz does not maintain any files containing credit card account numbers.
Bug Out Bagz will issue a credit on any qualified returned product for use toward future purchases from Bug Out Bagz for any Cash, Check, Bank Wire or Money Order Purchase. Please provide a copy of original receipt so that Bug Out Bagz may properly credit the account.
• Warranty Notice
Bug Out Bagz is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We will make every effort to provide quality products. Products found to be defective will be replaced. Warranty questions can be addressed by contacting Bug Out Bagz.
• Privacy Notice
Bug Out Bagz does not give out any information about customers, nor sell or distribute any list of customers or customer information. Use of customer email address and phone number is limited to contacting customers in regards to order status issues. We have an opt-in mailing list that customers may sign up for during checkout.
