Using two different backpack designs, the six various Bug Out Bagz backpack options are designed to meet many and varied needs. Our backpacks are unique in that there is plenty of room for those personal items that fit each individual’s requirements. All products can be purchased individually to create your own personal backpack package or to enhance an existing emergency kit.

If you wish to build your own custom backpack package, just select one of our backpacks and any additional product to equal $150.00 or more, you will receive a 10% discount. This offer is available at any of our sales events, office location or over the phone. This is a great opportunity to select those need-to-have products that exactly fit your emergency needs.

How often do we hear “It will never happen to me?” Bug Out Bagz was formed to provide assistance to everyone in emergency preparedness. Wild land fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and man-made disasters have all become part of our lives in recent years. Occurrence of these tragic events is becoming more numerous due to complexities of our everyday life. Even traveling on the highway can present problems if you can’t get to your destination in a timely fashion. Most people are not prepared for these potentially life changing emergency events; however, we at Bug Out Bagz, want to change that. In addition to our products we also offer classes and seminars for emergency preparedness. We not only teach people what to do in case of an emergency but also how to best use the products found in a Bug Out Bag.
Professional rescuers also have a need to maintain emergency and disaster preparedness for their families as well as themselves. Bug Out Bagz supports emergency first responders by giving them the peace of mind that their families are prepared for any event.
The basis of our programs suggest the time to decide what needs to go with you in a disaster or an emergency is NOT when the wild land fire, or other emergency, is at your property line, but when you have time to think and plan and design your choices. It is less stressful to have every needed emergency item handy for you and your loved ones during stressful times. You will know where these items are without losing valuable time hunting for them. Our emergency preparedness kits also leave plenty of room to pack extra personal items along with your emergency supplies. A potential list of personal items to add to your backpack is provided with each package.

Snack and “comfort food” items are as different as the person choosing them; consequently they are not included in the Bug Out Bagz backpack options. We do, however, make available valuable, hard-to-find, and non-obvious items such as electrolyte drink mix, Cactus Juice™, Oregon Scientific WR606 Desktop Emergency Radio Weather Station, Silicone Rescue Tape® and more!
